About Us
Founded in 1998, QPS provides consulting and practice management assistance to medical practices throughout the Southeast. To accommodate our growing list of clients, QPS recently expanded and moved our home office to Stockbridge, GA (Metro Atlanta). The firm is able to serve clients regardless of locale. We are committed to providing excellent business services, saving clients time and money, and help facilitate practice focus on quality patient care.

How We Work with Practice Clients
Whether you are a primary care physician, specialist, chiropractor or dentist, QPS can help maximize practice resources and revenues. Our involvement in coding associations, medical specialty organizations, and health information technology groups provides us with a wide variety education and resources regarding the specific needs of different practices.

As a trusted partner, QPS helps clients not only increase operational efficiencies, but also provides opportunities for alternative revenue streams and additional service offerings. With many years of real world healthcare business experience, QPS has determined 10 operational standards that we employ for all of our clients. By striving to meet these particular goals, we have significantly improved practice efficiency, the bottom line and consequently the quality of clients' patient care.

Outsourcing, Projects and Consulting
We work with practice clients on an outsourced basis, project basis or in a consulting role. Projects and consulting are typically an hourly or flat fee. In an outsourcing arrangement, we share the risk with our clients by structuring our compensation on a percentage of revenue. With our successful track record of improving medical office processes and their bottom lines, we are confident we can help advance the practice.

Some of our clients already have an idea of how they would like to grow, and come to us with a specific need. In those cases, we conduct a discovery session to determine if QPS will be able to help; then formulate a recommended approach with benchmark goals.

Other clients are curious as to how they compare to other similar practices, and how they can grow. We will conduct a thorough evaluation of all aspects of the practice, including billing & collections process, human resources, operations, revenue, efficient time use, information technology, marketing and communications, etc.
