Over the years working with medical offices, QPS has developed practice protocols that have increased efficiency, productivity and quality of care. For clients requiring administrative assistance, we evaluate existing protocols and make recommendations for improvement or adoption of our best practices.

We have developed clinical tools to help physicians track supplies such as x-rays, labs, injections, pharmaceuticals, and much more.

Our administrative tools and templates enable front desk staff to effectively manage day-to-day patient flow paperwork and office procedures. These protocols have enabled our clients to score well on insurance site visits, as well as maximize the bottom line. Our clients each have an office “Coordinator” who becomes the liaison between QPS and the practice. The Coordinator ensures that all office protocols are implemented properly and are easy to use.
