Compliance Officer/Billing Office Coordinator

Donna manages all the coding and compliance business for Quality Physician Services and our practice clients. Besides consulting and auditing, Donna provides training programs for physicians and staff regarding new codes and ways to maximize reimbursements in practice offices. With over 25 years experience in a direct clinical and health administration environment, Donna brings real life expertise to QPS clients.

Donna got her start in healthcare at a grassroots level. While studying for her very first career in Fitness Instruction, Donna found that she had a strong affinity for anatomy and physiology. Her passion for health care led her to start working as a Chiropractic Assistant. There she took on clinical roles, as well as administration and insurance responsibilities. She later supported the founding doctor of chiropractic in launching the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Donna also has extensive experience in a traditional medical office and in a pain management specialty clinic. Donna was serving as coordinator of a QPS practice client when she decided that she wanted to have a greater impact on the success of health care practices by working with QPS. Besides her love of coding, Donna enjoys gardening, cooking and hanging out with her dogs Max & Ladybug.
