Existing Practice Facilities
For existing practices, QPS can conduct an assessment to determine if the current practice location and space is adequate and will accommodate projected growth. Many times, simple changes in organization or build-out can have a positive impact on the practice, or even operational changes. For example, after an Information Technology Assessment, several clients have implemented an EMR strategy which consequently opened up useable square footage.

New Practice Facilities
If a new or starting facility is warranted, QPS helps clients determine whether it makes sense to invest in owning the practice facility or leasing it. We can assist you in selecting and negotiating a favorable lease or property purchase. Some clients have chosen to build a practice facility which can accommodate several other business spaces, and have generated alternative revenue to offset the cost of property ownership.

Space Planning & Build Out
Although, QPS is not a space planning firm or contractor, we have extensive experience working with builders and planners to create the right facility for our practice clients. Health practices have special needs, and often times HIPAA requirements, Information Services, equipment, storage, patient flow and other a host of other medical-related needs must be considered during the planning phase.
